This combined synopsis / solicitation is for the Rental / Lease of 10 (Ten) 20-Foot Refrigerated Trucks capable of seating a minimum of Two (2) passengers in the interior. The vehicle's refrigeration unit must have a length of 20' and capable of hauling 15,000 lbs. The refrigeration unit must be fully enclosed and have a rear opening with a latch and lock mechanism. Both the Vehicle and refrigeration unit must be capable of operating in temperatures of up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit and over various types of terrain including gravel and dirt roads. The refrigeration unit must be capable of maintaining a minimum (cold) temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit. All parts must be functional IAW the operator's manual. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to meet this requirement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. *Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Solicitation was amended to update Solicitation Closing Date on Addendum to 52.212-1 from 26 September to 02 October 2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
