Inactive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This requirement is for the lease/rental of Two (2) HVAC Sets with Lights, Generator, and HVAC equipment. This requirement is for the lease/rental of Two (2) HVAC Sets with Lights, Generator, and HVAC equipment. The HVAC Sets must have the following minimum BTU outputs: HVAC Set #1: 90,000 BTUs (13-26 October 2023) HVAC Set #2: 240,000 BTUs (25 October - 21 November 2023) Additionally, the HVAC sets must be capable of running off Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD). The contractor shall ensure equipment is delivered will all the necessary original equipment parts IAW the operator’s manual. The equipment must be delivered with a full tank of fuel and a 5lb Fire Extinguisher. HVAC Sets must have power distribution boxes. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to meet this requirement and shall perform to the standards in this contract. *Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Solicitation was amended to update Solicitation Closing Date on Addendum to 52.212-1 from 26 September to 02 October 2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
