Ammendment issue on 2/25/2022- Please see attachment labeled Amendment to solicitation W911RZ-22-Q-0009 Per Attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation, SOW and Technical exhibit included. The Directorate of Public Works- Fort Carson. The requiring activity is requesting delivery of 160,000 gallons of propane to fill the requirement for the months of 01 Mar 2022 through 28 Feb 2023 across Fort Carson and Pinon Canyon. This requirement is considered mission essential and could create potential health and safety issues if pipes freeze, buildings are not heated, or if a tank goes empty. Frozen pipes alone can cause thousands of dollars in damage overnight. An empty tank can cause moisture accumulation in the tank which can lead to rust buildup and leaking tanks. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, vehicles, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with supplying and delivering propane to approximately 78 government owned tanks to various locations throughout Fort Carson and Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site. Tank Sizes range from 100-1,000 Gallons.
