This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911RZ-20-Q-0023. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06/05-06-2020 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN 20200114. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order in support of a Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) retreats. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 – Event and Meeting Planning Services, size standard $12,000,000.00. This will be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside.
