FY25 Fort Cavazos Preventative Maintenance Follow-On This requirement will be a Competitive 8(a) Set-aside utilizing the authority at FAR 19.805-1(a). This contract provides management, tools, equipment, vehicles, and skilled labor necessary to perform tasks included in this performance work statement: Develop and execute a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program to include surveying, forecasting, inspection and reporting requirements; and provide Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Preventive Maintenance Services for the Fort Cavazos Directorate of Public Works. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and specifications in this contract. Period of Performance. The requirement will have one 60-day Phase-in Period, one 10-month Base Period, and four 1-year Option Periods. 60-Day Phase-in: 04 Jun 2025 - 02 August 2025 Base Year: 03 August 2025 - 02 August 2026 Specific Tasks The Contractor shall develop a Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP) to maintain Fort Cavazos Installed Building Equipment systems and Real Property: Planned Preventative Maintenance: Unplanned Preventative Maintenance: HVAC Filter Replacement: Preventative Maintenance Order Execution Timelines: Preventative Maintenance Services: Preventative Mainteance Performance Measurement: Preventative Mainteance Operations: GFEBS Operations Services.
