Responses to this Solicitation will be evaulated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Technical and other evaluation factors combined will be equally as important as price factors. In order to be considered eligible for award, offerors must fill out and return the attached 'Solicitation - W911RX25QA075' and the 'Attachment 01 - Salient Characteristics Sheet'. In order to be considered eligible for award, offerors must also provide a Quote document with product details and price for their proposed product.
