The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, equipment, and other items necessary to perform a TI on 73 ECU units and 2 Walk-In Coolers. This is to include identifying the operability of each unit and repair Quick Fix Faults for inoperable units. Authorization to cannibalize other ECU shall be available to increase the number of operational ECU’s. The Contractor will make a list of required parts by name and part number for each of the units deemed inoperable or repairable.
