The Contractor must provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to provide rotary wing service, fully trained personnel (herein after referred to as medical flight crews), medical equipment, and all necessary supplies to perform air evacuation service for Fort Riley, Kansas. Evacuations will be to locales in Kansas and surrounding states as required. The required services is not limited to performance within the boundaries at Fort Riley, Kansas. Due to proximity to Fort Riley firing ranges, and to protect life, safety, health of Soldiers and civilians a no more than 50 miles range between the Contractor and Fort Riley is required. a NO more than 30 minitues response time is required.
