(2) All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. // END AMENDMENT NOTICE // AMENDMENT 2(A) to Solicitation (23 June 2020) (1) Public Service Announcement: A list of items, furniture, and equipment to be moved will NOT be published on beta.SAM.gov. Attendance to the Site Survey on 29 June 2020 will afford interested vendors with a detailed walk through of each building. A unit representative will be available to guide the site-survey. (2) All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. // END AMENDMENT NOTICE // Services include the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, packing supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items (non-personal services) necessary to perform the task as described within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The furniture will be disassembled at current Buildings 208, 212, 215, 217, 407 and Containers (near Building 261), Fort Riley, Kansas 66442 and reassembled in accordance with Fort Riley’s direction at time of arrival to the designated Buildings 210. Contractor shall provide transportation to and from work areas including fuel and any other specialized equipment such as dollies, lifts, moving blankets, wrapping paper, safety cones and etc. All costs shall be covered by contractor.
