Provide general repair and minor maintenance of Building 675 Clamshell and the relocatable indoor Shooting Range. (The clamshell building is a converted Large Area maintenance Shelter (LAMS) tent, and the range is built from four 40 foot sea containers; both were professional installed, but neither are brick and mortar structures.) Work shall consist of specific repairs noted below: - A full service on HVAC systems with filter changes and cleaning exterior air vents from debris - Correct/replace door closures in clamshell and shooting range and all the hardware for push bars and locks on NW and NE entry of Clamshell Please provide a pricing matrix with your proposal.
