Fort Riley is seeking system maintenance services for LENEL magnetic locking system for three (3) buildings on Fort Riley. The potential vendors must be familiar with and able to provide the necessary system maintenance and software updates as provided in the RFP and PWS. Please see the attached RFP and other documents for further details. The Contractor shall provide the maintenance services of a Magnetic Door Locking system using LENEL OnGuard software on Building 210, Building 253, and Building 500 in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). Further details are provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement (Attachment 2). NOTE: Please pay close attention to PWS Part 5, Para 5.1 stating the following: The Contractor will respond to service site calls in-person regarding failure of the system within two (2) hours from the time of notification for the failure. All elements of 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors must be completed.
