Amendment 1 is to provide answers to questions received prior to the cut off date and extend the solicitation due date until 1000 CDT 25JUL25 (Friday). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, packing supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items (non-personal services) necessary to deliver seven new GSA approved security safes currently located at 634 Canyon Road, Ft. Riley KS 66442, to 200 Henry Avenue and 289 Cameron Street, Ft. Riley KS 66442. The seven old GSA approved security safes removed from 200 Henry Avenue and 289 Cameron Street will be dropped off at 634 Canyon Road. The security safes will be distributed as follows: one 4 Drawer Single Lock safe will go to 289 Cameron Street. One 4 Drawer Single Lock safe, two 2 Drawer Single Lock safes, and one Map safe will go to 200 Henry Avenue Room 1, (one) 4 Drawer Single Lock safe to 200 Henry Avenue room 18, and (one) 4 Drawer Single Lock safe to 200 Henry Avenue room 106D. Contractor shall provide transportation to and from work areas including fuel and any other specialized equipment such as dollies, lifts, moving blankets, wrapping paper, safety cones and etc. All costs shall be covered by contractor. See page 12 of the attached PWS for the Safe Distribution List for specific details on safe movements.
