The purpose of the amendment is to post questions and answers. This is a Firm Fixed Price non-personal service contract to rent two (2) 8K Forklifts between 28FEB2025 – 28AUG2025. The forklifts will be delivered and retrieved by the vendor vicinity 8380 Armistead, Fort Riley, KS 66442. Vendor will provide a comprehensive block of instruction for up to 10 personnel including, but not limited to: pre-use checks, operation of the equipment’s controls, safe lifting of loads, safe movement with loads, parking, and re-fueling of forklifts. The class shall be conducted in the vicinity of the forklift download site, 8380 Armistead RD Fort Riley, KS 66442. Forklifts must possess the minimum capabilities below: -Forklift Variable Reach 8k; Cat Class 231-1350 -Fork size: 48 in telescoping forks -Lifting capacity and moving: Must be able to lift and move not less than 8,000 lbs -Forks Lift Height: maximum for height of up to 10’ -Power type: Diesel -Free Lift (with Std.
