The Fort Riley Logistics Readiness Center requests a sixth Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) bridge contract with the Kansas Department for Children and Families (KDFCF) CAGE Code: 680H0 / State Licensing Agency (SLA), 915 SW Harrison Street, Topeka, KS 66612-1570. The Government projects award for 01 September 2025 and will use fiscal year 2025 Operations and Maintenance(O&M), Army funds. An acquisition plan is not required because this procurement does not meet the threshold at Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 207.103(d)(i)(B). An Abbreviated Acquisition Strategy is required for this service to meet other external requirements. The contract supports the installation's 16,000 Soldiers by providing DFA services for four dining facilities, a kiosk, and mobile food truck.
