The Contractor shall provide equipment and personnel to provide HVAC and Power Generation to 15 Government furnished tents (approximately 600 square feet per tent). This contract includes all functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally performed by an equipment rental or fleet rental company/provider; to include: delivery and pick up of equipment to the specified location in accordance with the Period of Performance, 24-hour customer service availability, and equipment recovery and replacement (in event of damages or breakdowns). This will also include any associated cost or tools required during the period of performance.
