THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure a Cart Washer for sanitizing laundry germs, viruses, fungi, bacteria and other dangerous bio-hazards, etc., in a hospital environment. The current cart washer, in use, at the Hospital is at the end of its life cycle. Therefore, removal, replacement and installation of a brand new cart washer system is included in the scope of this requirement. The Government anticipates trade-in valuation for the old system which will be deducted from the price of the new cart wash system when you opt for a trade-in. Additionally, this requirement for the purchase of the cart washer system includes training and timely repairs (when needed) within a short time period. Attached is the draft Statement of Work (SOW).
