This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. The requirement is for On-site annual and semi-annual inspection, testing and certification of fume hoods, bio-safety cabinets, testing clean room surfaces located at Irwin Army Community Hospital and Environmental Services Branch, Fort Riley Kansas.
