DPTMS has a requirement to provide Air ambulance Support to Fort Riley. Upon request by the Contracting Officer and/or an authorized representative (Ordering Officer), The Contractor must provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to provide rotary wing service, fully trained personnel (herein after referred to as medical flight crews), medical equipment, and all necessary supplies to perform air evacuation service for Fort Riley, Kansas. Evacuations will be to locales in Kansas and surrounding states as required. The required services is not limited to performance within the boundaries at Fort Riley.Those employees must, at a minimum be certified by federal and state laws, enough to treat and transport patients based on degree of trauma. Contractor shall have an authorized representative, accessible at all times, who is empowered to fully act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this agreement. Contractor is required to be on site with 30 minites of notification.
