The initial period of performance for the base period is anticipated to start 1 May 2021. Firm-Fixed Price task orders will be issued for buildings in service at the Exhibit C prices for services required for that task orders period of performance. The monthly quantities on Exhibit C are ESTIMATES only. This estimate is not a representation to an offeror that the estimated quantity will be required or ordered. Invoices should reflect actual quantities performed.
