This requirement is to provide parts replacement to the 1st Infantry Division Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA) automations system located at Building 216, Fort Riley, KS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform parts replacement/installation to the Video Tele-Conference (VTC) system in the Victory Conference Room (VCR) in Building 216. The work to be accomplished will consist of replacing the existing Polycom VTC unit, upgrading the Crestron programming, installing and programming the 10.1" touch screen, 65" television displays, Mersive Solstice and Shure Ceiling microphones, and the 7 zone digital world clock. The Contractor will be responsible for all final connections, adjustments, system programming, staff training, warranty service for one year and providing manuals of system equipment and operations guide.
