The Mission Instillation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Riley, KS (zip code 66442) is seeking a Small Business Administration (SBA) Total Small Business with the experience, personnel, and capability to perform land maintenance services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide land maintenance services to the locations designated in the resulting contract in compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws. The nature of the services being requested will include, but not be limited to the following tasks: o Maintain the agricultural conservation structures (terrace and waterways) o Maintain access roads to the leased agricultural parcels adjacent to Fort Riley. o Provide additional renovation services to the agricultural leased parcels. Some examples of this include: ? Repairing terraces ? Repair to low-water crossing damaged by high, fast moving water ? Remove debris from flooding in firebreak fields ? Closure of open wells ? Repair culverts etc. The awarded under this contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors), with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $15 million. The proposed contract will be for one (1) base year with four (4) one year options, resulting in a 5 year maximum contract period of performance. The Government estimates the proposed contract price range to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Interested sources should be advised that while a full solicitation is expected to be released no less than 15 days to industry, the Government reserves the right to extend this posting. No visits with industry will be permitted with any Fort Riley personnel in response to this anticipated Invitation for Bid. A site visit for this requirement is anticipated, date, time, and location will be included in any IFB posting.
