Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a turnkey contract to purchase, install, and commission a new automatic aqueous parts washer (a STINGRAY 4063 or equal) at the Red River Army Depot (RRAD) in Texarkana, Texas. The contractor must design, fabricate, deliver, and install the system in Building B-421S, including all site preparation, utility connections, and required training for personnel. The machine must be fully operational within 12 months of contract award. The contractor must also provide comprehensive manuals, a machine-specific lockout/tagout procedure, and a warranty of at least one year.
