Red River Army Depot (RRAD) in Texarkana, TX is seeking possible sources to provide the services listed below. Please respond if your firm is interested in providing this service. Biomass dunnage removal and clean woodchip supply service. This service contract has a potential total duration of 1 year and up to 4 ordering periods. A. Collecting and Hauling biomass dunnage such as flat pallets, box pallets, and misc wood scraps. B. Delivering wood chips for boiler plant operations. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of Small and Large Business Community to include 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought. This Sources Sought is only to seek information from industry. Please submit letter of interest to include: 1. Any certifications, i.e. Green Procurement Program 2. Any past Government awards 3. Business size and status 4. List of prior projects that involve the services and supplies that are similar to the services being proposed. 5. Related product manuals/brochures 6. Related testing references, including contact information, shall be furnished.
