** Notice to interested parties: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The intention of this notice is to inform of an upcoming solicitation. This is NOT a guarantee that a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. Responses are NOT requested at this time. Red River Army Depot, (RRAD) is currently rebuilding Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) vehicles. Army Contracting Command (ACC) – RRAD is in process of acquiring an estimated 26 ea. RTCH Power Packs for RRAD that will consist of one Code A engine (P/N 922784927) and one Code A transmission (P/N 9238920006) assembled and fully tested and prepared for vehicle installation in support of their rebuilding efforts. This is expected to be a three (3) year requirements type contract, Firm Fixed Price. No guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. Funds will be obligated by the issuance of delivery orders. This is expected to be a 100% Small Business set-aside. NAICS Code:336390. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS)(15 CFR 700), and the contractor will be required to follow all of the regulation. (a)The solicitation and resulting contract contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et. seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50, U.S.C, App. 2401 et. seq. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate in accordance with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. This also applies to distribution of the TDP to all SUBCONTRACTORS at every level. (b) Follow instructions in the SF 1449 to submit any offers (See 52.212-1(DEV) in the SF 1449). Delivery is FOB Destination, Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Request for offers will be issued on or about 18 April 2022.
