The Contractor shall provide the materials stated below. Crushed Stone Aggregate Crushed stone aggregate shall conform to TxDOT Item 247 Type A Grade 2. Portland Cement Concrete Portland cement concrete shall conform to TxDOT Item 421 Class C. Hot Mix Asphalt Hot-mix asphalt shall conform to TxDOT Item 340. Hydraulic Cement Hydraulic cement shall conform to TxDOT DMS-4600. Rip-Rap Rip-rap shall conform to TxDOT Item 432. Lime Lime shall conform to TxDOT DMS-6350 and DMS-6330. This will be a requirements type contract. Contract period will be five (5) ordering years (five (5) twelve (12) months). No guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. Funds will be obligated by the issuance of delivery orders. There is a 100% small business set aside for this acquisition. NAICS code: 327999.
