Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. This solicitation will result in a Multi-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements type contract for the use of Red River Army Depot only. This solicitation is issued on an all or none basis. Multiple awards will not be considered. 3. The Government intends to award a contract without discussions.
