Contractor shall perfume such services by doing such things as checking the software schedules against occupancy schedules, inspecting hardware operator - machine interface and field panels for proper operation, reviewing trend logs, and random sampling of temperature sensors to identify the need for calibration. Requirement will be for a base contract year plus 2 option years.
