W911RQ-19-Q-0008 IS REPLACED BY W911RQ-19-R-0007 Red River Army Depot (RRAD) has a requirement for a rubber to metal adhesive and primer, which will be used to rebuild all track and road wheel configurations in, or expected to be in, the Army Material Command supply system. The Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR) for Track Shoes (DMWR 9-2630-200/2) and Road Wheels (DMWR 9-2630-200/1) specify the processes and methods criteria used to control and assure quality processes at RRAD. As a result, only the products listed on the RRAD Local Qualified Products List (LQPL) will be considered for award IAW FAR 6.302(1). This is a requirements contract. Contract period will be three (3) ordering years; three (3) twelve (12) month periods of performance. No guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. Funds will be obligated by the issuance of delivery orders. There is no set-aside for this acquisition. NAICS code: 325520. Vendor must provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for these items prior to delivery. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS)(15 CFR 700), and the contractor will be required to follow all of this regulation. Request for proposal will issue on or about 15 February 2019 on FBO.GOV. Request for proposal will close on or about 13 March 2019, 1:00 PM CST.
