The vendor shall provide one (1) each computer controlled diesel fuel injection pump test machine. The vendor shall provide one (1) each computer controlled diesel fuel injection pump test machine. The unit shall be of a design that is capable of testing in-line, common-rail, rotary, and mechanical style diesel fuel injection pumps. The main test unit shall be issued with all generalized accessories required for basic machine operation. The main test unit shall include connection accessories that are required to connect and test the Bosch “P” series injector pump for machine calibration and adjustment purposes. See section 3.1 for details. The vendor shall include one (1) set of test accessories and shop assembly/disassembly tooling to allow RRAD personnel to fully test and rebuild the Stanadyne “DB2” pump (GM 6.5 Liter engines) in accordance with NMWR 9-2815-560. See section 3.2 for details. The vendor shall include one (1) set of test accessories and shop assembly/disassembly tooling to allow RRAD personnel to fully test and rebuild the Bosch “MW” series pumps (Cummins 8.3 Liter engines) in accordance with the pump manufacturer’s standard practice. See section 3.3 for details. The Government shall have the discretion to purchase one, or both of the above mentioned adapter accessory kits (sections 3.2 and 3.3). The vendor shall provide training to RRAD personnel on test equipment use, pump test operation, maintenance, and calibration. The vendor shall provide full turn-key installation and off-loading of all equipment and accessories.
