Please respond if your firm is interested in providing these supplies. The requirement is for the procurement of (1) complete kit of HMPT Intermediate and Output Housing Indexing Turnover Table Fixtures. The fixtures serve to facilitate mounting and rotation of the HMPT transmission output and intermediate housings to allow the mechanic to perform maintenance and assembly operations on the housings. Components. The complete kit of components shall consist of the following items to allow mounting of the associated output and intermediate housings for the HMPT500, and HMPT800 transmissions: • Right Hand Intermediate Rollover Stand – One (1) Each • Left Hand Intermediate Rollover Stand – One (1) Each • Right Hand Output Rollover Stand – One (1) Each • Left Hand Output Rollover Stand – One (1) Each • Assembly Fixture – One (1) Each The items shall be delivered fully assembled and ready to be put into service. The vendor shall ensure that all items required to facilitate proper transmission housing mounting and fixture function shall be provided. This includes all hardware, brackets, and fixture accessories. The fixture frames shall be painted to provide a blue color match to the set of fixtures previously produced for RRAD. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for MARKET RESEARCH. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought. This Sources Sought is only to seek information from industry and to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of Total Small Business Community to include Women Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone) and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Please submit letter of interest to include: 1. Any certifications. 2. Any past Government awards. 3. Business size and status. 4. List of prior projects that involve the supply of the proposed supply and/or supplies that are similar to the system being proposed. 5. Related product manuals/brochures. 6. Related sub-assembly testing references, including contact information, shall be furnished. 7. What will be the reasonable lead time to have the parts delivered? 8.
