Red River Army Depot (RRAD) Rubber Products has a requirement to refurbish Husky Tire/Wheel Assy IAW Drawing 12651246A in the following quantity: 1367 ea. (Deliveries shall be scheduled at 136 ea. per month until exhausted.) Valve Assembly, CTIS, High Pressure PN# 12651245 Rev A is being replaced with P/N MTU-H00A-CT-WA00. MTU-H00A-CT-WA00 is approved by TACOM to replace 12651245A, and it is required to support the refurbishment of the Husky Mine Detector M1231 Tire Program. Contractor shall provide the complete assembly per DWG MTU-H00A-CT-WA00. Valve Assembly, CTIS, High Pressure shall include all items required IAW drawing, MTU-H00A-CT-WA00, to include all ancillary items to the valve assembly. All notes as stated on drawing MTU-H00A-CT-WA00 is required for each individual assembly, to include Item identification marking and Quality Assurance requirements. Valve assembly shall be delivered fully assembled conforming to MTU-H00A-CT-WA00. This item may be bulk packaged if such packaging protects the valves from damage. Damage from shipping with less than adequate packaging will be the responsibility of the supplier. Awarded contracts is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and the contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be rated for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS)(15 CFR 700), and the contractor will be required to follow all requirements under the regulation. The FOB Point is Red River Army Depot (Destination). Contract is expected to be 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code: 332911. Technical Data Package (TDP) Access/Non-Disclosure Agreement (a) This solicitation and resulting contract contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et. seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50, U.S.C, App. 2401 et. seq. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate in accordance with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. This also applies to distribution of the TDP to all SUBCONTRACTORS at every level. (b) To be eligible to gain access to this export controlled TDP (via beta.SAM.gov) an offeror must have a current DD 2345, “Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement” certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation. DD Form 2345 and instructions can be found on the Joint Certification Program website at: http://www.dla.mil/HQ/InformationOperations/Offers/Products/LogisticsApplications/JCP.aspx Processing time is estimated at six (6) to ten (10) days after receipt. (c) The Government requires a “Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement” (NDA) to be signed by an authorized representative of the offeror before the offeror is granted access to the technical data. The appropriate Agreement is available as an attachment and completed. (d) Follow the instructions on the Agreement and email it to travis.n.peterson2.civ@mail.mil (the Contract Specialist). The CS will release access to the TDP. It may take up to 24 hours after approval before the TDP is viewable.
