This is a brand name or equal purchase description that will define the minimum requirements for the delivery and installation of two (2) factory assembled, interior type industrial paint kitchens complete with features to include prefabricated, factory assembled floor, end walls, side walls, roof, door opening, door assembly with door site glass, accessories and hardware. The industrial paint kitchens shall also be complete with electrical system utilities to include electrical distribution panel, overhead lighting fixtures, electrical controls, electrical receptacles, and grounding system. The paint kitchens shall be complete with fire suppression system, (water type) and containment device that comply with most recent revision codes and standards.
