Red River Army Depot (RRAD) has a requirement for spall liner, Aramid-Fabric-Reinforced Plastic, Mil-DTL-62474F, Type 1, Class B, 3.06-3.64 PSF Range, 62" X 78" X 24 plies (quantity 90 sheets) and Fiberglass-Fabric-Reinforced, Phenolic, Mil-DTL-64154B, Class A, 4.42-5.18 PSF Range, 62" X 78" X 24 Plies (quantity 105 sheets). The material will be used for interior Kevlar for MATV vehicles. The Mil-DTL specs mentioned above specify the processes and methods criteria used to control and assure quality processes at RRAD. This is a single award contract. Funds will be obligated at award of contract. There is a 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS code: 326130.
