Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is seeking possible sources for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of one (1) each self-contained, closed-loop, non-evaporative liquid cooling system to provide cooling to an existing diesel engine driven, eddy-current loaded cross drive dynamometer system at RRAD. The existing cross drive dynamometer system is currently cooled by a facility cooling tower and closed loop system that provides service to various other areas of the installation. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify possible vendors that possess the technical experience and industry expertise to disconnect the cross drive dynamometer system from the existing facility cooling system, and install and make operational a new stand-alone system that provides dedicated service to the subject cross drive dynamometer system. The vendor shall be required to provide a full turn-key installation of the new system. This includes disconnect from existing system, and all equipment, manpower, labor, and supplies to install and make the new system fully operational. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought. This Sources Sought is only to seek information from industry. Please submit letter of interest to include: 1.
