Red River Army Depot is pursuing a sole source contract with Dinamec Systems, LLC for the repair, maintenance, supply, and service, for the continued operation of the Fluidized Bed Rubber Denuding System (FBRDS) and acquisition of operating materials and supplies: There are eight categories of items associated with this requirement to include: Level IV Maintenance, Level III Maintenance, Air Quench and Water Quench Replacement/Repair, Fluidized Bed Sand, Gas Stream Line Additive, Yearly Spare Parts Replacement, Emergency System Repair, and Non-Priced Parts. All eight categories will be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will be included in the solicitation upon release. This is an unrestricted procurement. NAICS Code: 811219 the award shall be made NLT COB 14 June 19. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation. Request for proposal will issue on or about 29 Apr 2019 on FBO.gov. Request for proposal will close on or about 29 May 2019, 1:00 PM CST.
