This solicitation is seeking services to replace Gang Operated Air Break Switches (GOABS) in the production area of Pine Bluff Arsenal with new government-provided GOABS. Contract award will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 237130; the corresponding small business size standard is $39,000,000.00. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible service provider whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Place of delivery is Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff, Arkansas (zip code 71602-9500).
