The U.S. Department of Defense - Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement to increase the Physical Security of the Installation by installing fencing/bollards at the Radio Communication Tower. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Contract Line Item Information: CLIN 0001 - Supply and install fencing around Radio Tower at Area 8, Section 1: Buildings 81-100, 81-200, 81-300, and 81-400. In accordance with attached Scope of Work (Attachment 0001), 10 Sep 2019. CLIN 0002 - Contractor Manpower Reporting; Not Separately Priced. 2. A standard commercial warranty shall be included at no additional cost. In accordance with FAR 52.246-20, the warranty shall continue for a period of 1 year from the date of final acceptance of the installation. 3.
