The contractor must provide two appropriately trained supply and services personnel to establish, operate, and manage a Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP). CRSP operations run 0700–1530 Monday–Friday with an alternating 30-minute lunch, covering receiving/unloading/diverting trucks, manifest review, item breakout/inspection, transaction recording, push shipments, mis-shipment redirection, photographing, and coordination with the Installation Transportation Division. The contractor must operate the Automated Manifest System, comply with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, and AR 735-5, and use material handling/motor transportation to distribute/backhaul supplies and materials to supply activities, other CRSPs, ports, bases/camps in support of onward movement and retrograde. The contractor must maintain ISO container visibility and provide input to ACAMS, submit monthly Labor Hours per Attachment 0002, and submit documents per CDRLs in Attachments
