This notice serves as the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Natick Division for a single award construction contract for the renovations & repairs to the hallway and offices located in Building 1 on the 3rd floor. This building is located at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), 10 General Greene Ave, Natick, MA 01760. The required work to be performed under this contract is listed in the attached Statement of Work and the accompanying Attachments. ACC-APG-Natick Division, located in Natick, Massachusetts, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to the offeror whose proposal best meets the requirements of the solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. To be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov and not show any Active Exclusions or have any Debt Subject to Offset. Potential small business concerns should be able to provide the types of construction as outlined in the solicitation and supporting documentation. The estimated magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. A site visit will be held on 28 August 2025 at 0900 EST. Please refer to the supplemental attachments located within this Notice, which includes the formal Solicitation W911QY25RA026 and all accompanying Attachments, for further details and instruction regarding this RFP. The final date and time to submit questions regarding this solicitation shall be 11 September 2025 by 1200 EST. The anticipated date for the Government to provide final responses to questions submitted within this timeframe is 16 September 2025 by the end of the day. As questions are received in response to this solicitation, the Government will provide periodic responses via a solicitation amendment.
