This is a Program Announcement for a Multispectral Camouflage Textile Technology (MCT) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W911QY-21-S-C001 by the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division (ACC-APG-Natick) on behalf of The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center (CCDC-SC) - Soldier Protection Directorate (SPD). This CSO is in support of the Dismounted Soldier in response to the ongoing need for increased soldier protection. This CSO Solicitation is a competitive solicitation that is continuously open until October 29, 2022. The government reserves the right to extend this CSO beyond the open until date by amendment if the authority is extended.
