Chemical Nutrient Analysis Service
The U.S. Army requires commercial nutrient analysis laboratory services for food samples (ingredients and ration components) supporting the Combat Feeding Division in Natick, MA. The contractor will test for analytes such as selenium, vitamin B12, and total dietary fiber, with results required within 14 calendar days of sample receipt. The contract is a single firm-fixed-price award based on best value considering technical capability, price, and past performance, covering an indeterminate quantity of 25–100 samples with a budget up to $25K. The period of performance is 12 months from award. Contractors must maintain active ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, possess in-house testing capacity, and use validated industry-standard methods.
