(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, number W911QY-25-R-SONI, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the purchase of a compact UltraSonic Cleaner. This contract will require delivery of the Ultrasonic Cleaner. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03 effective 17 January 2025. (iv) This contract is being done as a 100% small business set-aside.
