This pre-solicitation notice is for a single award construction contract. The anticipated work to be performed under this contract is listed in the attached Statement of Work. This pre-solicitation notice is for the construction of a recreation court to include the demolition of the existing basketball court located at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), General Greene Ave, Natick, MA 01760. The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division, located in Natick Massachusetts, intends to award a Fim Fixed Priced construction contract to the offeror whose proposal best meets the requirements of the upcoming solicitation. The number of that solicitation will be W911QY-25-R-A022. This procurement is being synopsized as a 100% Small Business Set aside. To be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov, and not show any Active Exclusions or have any Debt Subject to Offset. Potential small business concerns should be able to provide the types of construction as outlined in the Statement of Work and supporting documentation. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This Pre-solicitation Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation W911QY-25-R-A022 is anticipated to be issued in September 2025. The contract period of performance is anticipated as 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
