The project consists of all work required for the installation of eight new (8) overhead doors, and two (2) man doors, as described in the Statement of Work, and in other supporting documentation that is provided. The Government has determined that this acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business concerns, with a single, Firm Fixed Price contract being issued. The Disclosure of Magnitude is estimated between $100k and $250k for this effort. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS code) is 238290 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $25.0 Million. A site-visit is scheduled for 16 August 2023 @ 10am EST. All questions pertaining to the site-visit and solicitation are due by 2pm EST on 30 August 2023.
