The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division, on behalf of Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for an innovative, rapidly deployable, self-sustaining/highly efficient thermal signature emitter. This technology will be integrated with additional technology currently under development and will be part of an effort to develop a more realistic representation of Battlefield assets for the purpose of training on targeting capabilities, such as, target identification and target acquisition. The delivery of the purchase will occur 6-12 months after date of contract award. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 and the size standard is 500 employees. Offers must also provide a detailed technical proposal in reference to the purchase description. An award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable proposal.
