Solicitation Notice for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center (DEVCOM - SC) Combat Feeding Division (CFD) to procure an acquisition for solicitation W911QY-21-R-0019 for preventative mantenance and ad hoc emergency maintenace for the Shimadzu Nexera X2 UPLC and SCIEX 6500+ Mass Spectrometer to provide continued vitamin analysis for the Nutrien Analysis Lab. The specific yearly preventative maintenance schedule will be one preventative maintenance service for the Shimadzu Nexera X2 UPLC and two preventative maintenance services for the SCIEX 6500+ Mass Spectrometer. This requirement will be for one twelve month base service followed by four twelve month option periods. In accordance with the attached RFP and the Statement of Work the contractor should spell out the parts that are not covered for the PM and repair service. Proposal should include what is covered and what is not covered and in case of unable to repair a module, replace the modules to complete the functionality of the system. If any parts/components not listed as not covered is considered to be covered. There is no set aside for this requirement and the resulting contract shall be Firm Fied Price. NAICS 811219 with a size standard of $22,000,000.00. An award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable proposal.
