This announcement serves as notice that the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to The Geneva Foundation located at 917 Pacific Ave Ste 600, Tacoma, Washington under the authority as prescribed in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - only one source reasonably available that will satisfy agency requirements. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
