The U.S. Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Thornton Tomasetti for software development and support services to continue developing Target Damage Cards (TDC) and integrate them into other JTCG/ME tools. The contract includes one base year and one 12-month option period. Performance will be at the contractor's location in Washington, DC. This notice also serves as a Request for Information for any other capable sources. Responses are due by 22 July 2026.
