The U.S. Government intends to award a sole-source, five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) for continuous cybersecurity support services at the DEVCOM Analysis Center (DAC) laboratories. Performance will occur at UTEP’s location in El Paso, Texas. The contract will use Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee task orders to maintain and update cybersecurity research systems, ensure compatibility with DAC environments, and conduct ongoing analysis. UTEP is considered the only responsible source due to its unique integration and specialized knowledge of the DAC laboratory infrastructure, making transition to another source technically risky and disruptive.
