This is a service contract for comprehensive maintenance of a Bruker Avance III 400 MHz NMR Spectrometer located at the Army Research Lab, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The contractor must provide all routine maintenance, on-site diagnostics, cryogen fill assistance, and probe servicing to ensure continuous operation. The period of performance is for one base year plus two option years. All services are to be performed on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Contractor personnel must comply with all Army installation access and security requirements.
